Generate Process Comparison Report

NOTE: This is an Advanced Feature and is only available if you have enabled Advanced mode.

To Generate a Process Comparison Report (PCR):

1. Set the Multi-Map Root to point to the Library (not the Site)
2. Select Process Metrics > Generate Process Comparison Report.

This feature allows you to compare one end-to-end process (E2EP) with any number of its variant future state or To-Be processes.

The Process Comparison Report (PCR) contains a tabulation of the key performance data for the E2EPs, with an annualised business case for change.

Process Comparison Report Component Files

When generating the PCR, it is assumed the Multi-map Root is set to the root folder of a Library.

Process Navigator creates a Library folder in the folder specified in the Process Metrics Report Output field on the Locations tab of the Options dialog box. All PCR files are then written into the Library folder.

The following files are produced:

1. PCR.docx and PCR.pdf. Identical files containing all the comparison data.

Old files are archived with a datestamp and stored in the same location whenever a new PCR is generated.
